pasteing bullets

I am having trouble pasteing text from the internet that
contain bullets, into a cell. What happens is the bullets
go one waY and the text goes another. HELP!

I'm sure you're describing what you see, but I'm having trouble
visualizing what "bullets go one way and the text goes another" means...

Do they paste into different cells? Or do they paste with many space
characters between them? Are they rotated somehow?
