If I cut and special paste a cells format from a previous
spreadsheet to a new spreadsheet I loose the ability to
have the "Format Cells..." menu popup. either by right
clicking on the cell and selecting "Format Cell .." or
from the tool menu "Format\Cell..." The worksheet is not
protected and there is no conditional formatting for the
cell. How can I regain the ability to format this cell?
