Pasting a Table from Word

Is there any way to paste a table from Word and NOT have it totally screw up eerything by adding
styles all over the place and classes and spans and junk? I just want the plain old table, and the
text in the cells and that's it. It's such a pain in the ass to paste it from word. Is there any
easy way?

draw the table and add the contents from scratch in Frontpage - it's probably
quicker and easier .

Try this...
Create the table in Word
Copy and paste it into Excel
Copy and paste into FP.
Sometimes works!
