from time to time i get emails that have HTML formatted pictures etc. If i forward or reply it strips them down to text with inconsisten font choices - looks terrible. Is this a known bug?

If i cut and try to Pastg an HTML format into entourage it only gives me two choices - text or quotation?

whats going on here is this another bug? I have selected HTML in preferences for sending and receiving mail??

As has been discussed often in this forum, Entourage does not handle complex
HTML well. It can display it but not send it. The solution for forwarding
email with complex HTML is to use Forward as Attachment. Cutting and pasting
will not work.

You can try using Send Feedback to Microsoft from the Help menu of any
Office application, but so far MS has shown no interest in solving this
problem. Furthermore, many users of this forum advise against using HTML for
a number of reasons (size of message, possibility of malware, readability
for the recipient, etc.)
