pasting excel graphs into ppt-retaining look

Rosie

With excel 2000, I've had a lot of trouble pasting graphs
into Powerpoint in a way that retains the exact
proportions of the graph, and also the objects that are
pasted on the graph. The graph appears to be stretched
out horizontally once in ppt. Also, the items such as
text boxes which were on the graph in excel, in ppt they
move to different places on the graph and change size.
THis is really wierd. I found when you paste as bitmap
it helps, but then the graph is blurry not crisp. Any
suggestions?
Thanks

Or hold down Shift while selecting Copy Picture from the Edit menu. I
like the 'On Screen' and 'As Picture' options. Then just paste it in
PowerPoint.
