Pasting format does not work

Copying format and pasting once works ok. But double clicking the copy format
icon and pasting format repeatedly does not work in Word 2007 and in Excel
2007.

It works for me. Maybe you aren't double-clicking fast enough for it to be
recognized as a double-click, or there may be some add-in interfering with your
mouse.

As a workaround, you can use the keyboard shortcuts, Ctrl+Shift+C to copy
formatting and Ctrl+Shift+V to paste formatting.

Jay: Thank you for your answer. But I tried double clicking with different
speeds and it didn't work. Already knew about the keyboard shortcuts, but I
prefer using the mouse.

I also cannot paste in Word 2007, it was working fine last night and I turned
on my computer this morning and it says there is insufficient memory to do
the function. It is just a one page document. I have tried all ways of
pasting as well.
