Hi Nebo,
Do you have Word started before you take a copy of the OE message?
If not then chances are you are encountering and add-in that deleted
the contents of the Windows Clipboard when Word starts. Take a look
under Tools/Templates and Add-ins and see if you have any add-ins
listed. If so they will be located in your Office\Startup folder or
Word Startup folder.
The location of the Office\Startup folder will be located in the
Office installation path. The Word Startup location can be obtained by
going to Tools/Options/File Locations.
If you find more than one, move them out of the folder one at a time
until you find the cause of the problem.
Additionally, if Word came installed as part of Works Suite then the
"Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Word" is the likely culprit.
Uninstall the add-in from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
