Pasting MSWord Text Into OUtlook

I have a user here in my office who likes to copy\paste from Word documents
into email messages. Sometimes when he pastes the text some of the sentences
get broken and it will paste on the next line even though there is plenty of
room for it. He is in HTML format and we have Outlook 2003.

Any ideas as to why this may happen?

is he picking up the paragraph mark when he copies? Use Ctrl+Shift+8 to show
formatting marks so he can see what he is copying.
