Pasting out of Word

Devin Langham

I am a student and frequently paste images (usualy jpegs)
from the internet into documents, reports, etc.. However,
I find that while I can easily paste an image into Word
and have its attributes remain the same, if later I
simply want to save the image as a jpeg, or paste it into
a Non-Microsoft program for further or later use, it (the
image once pasted) conveniently is ruined with improper
colors and the like. Since I have recently tried this
and the documents are old (early 2003) I can no longer
recall the sites from which these images came from. Thus
they only exist in my documents. Is there a way to
extract or export them from the document without losing
integrity and the like?

Shame on you for not saving it into a jpg folder and THEN
pasting it into your Word.doc. Now you need to paste it
into Paint or IrfanView and resave it as a jpg.
