pasting with hidden rows.

i'm tryiing to copy rows in a workbook that also contains hidden rows. When I
do this, all the hidden rows are copied as well. is there a way to only copy
the displayed rows and leave the hidden one out?
Any help is highly appreciated, thank you

Try ..

Press F5 > Special > Visible Cells only > OK
Then copy > paste to destination sheet
