pasword do not work

My .pst file is pasword protected but sometimes when I
close Outlook 2003 and open it again, it does not ask me
about the pasword.
how to fix that problem?

I suspect that means that even though you think you've closed Outlook, it is
actually still open. Use Task Manager's Processes tab to verify.

but why still executing itself if I closed by means of the
option file/close what happen
