I accidently uninstalled Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1
Premium. Used System Restore to get it back. All
programs returned, but when I try to open Word or
Outlook, a pop up box says:
The Patch Package could not be opened. Verify that the
Patch Package exists and that you can access it, or
contact the application vendor to verify that this is a
valid Windows Installer patch package.
Excel program works fine.
I am using Windows XP Prof.
Please Help me. I am lost without Word.
