Hi,

Each time I install a Microsoft Office Patch, it takes up to 20 minutes
before showing the Windows Installer window and another 20 minutes to install
the patche. I have no problem with other products. Why it takes so long ?
It's just replacing some files and modifying some registries. You can do it
fast with a batch file.

If it takes that long, its nothing to do with Office, but something related
to your PC / windows
eg How much free space do you have on the C drive?
