Path/File access error: "vb93.tmp' when importing forms

I've been having this problem when I try to import, copy, or rename forms.
I've tried decompiling using the \DECOMPILE parameter and Compact/Repair, but
I still have this issue.

It's shaking my confidence in the application! Can you help?
