Path from global.mpt under Windows 7?

who can tell me, where (path?) MS-Project 2007 the global.mpt stored under
Windows 7?

Mine shows as:
User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates

And another at:
User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MS Project\12\1033

That one appears to be the users copy as it shows with the last date
Project was opened.
