path length for pp viewer

is there a limit as to the path length beyond which powerpoint viwer will not
open any .pps files
Here an example of a path that does not open
C:\WorkFolder\TrainingModuleSystem\DEV_COMBINED\assets\modules\JohnsonDiversey_Master_Training_Library\Kitchen_cleaning\JonhsonDiverseys_Kitchen_Cleaning_principles\JonhsonDiverseys_Kitchen_Cleaning_principles_PowerPoint.pps

exceeded.
