Pause Code During Click Event

I am moving files on my pc electronically. I have three
files to move, but my code runs before the file exists. I
would like to:

Move File 1
Pause 5 Seconds
Move File 2
Pause 5 Seconds
Move File 3
Pause 5 Seconds

and then continue with my code.

Any ideas?
