I PURCHASED, IN GOOD FAITH, THE Office 2003 "Suite" so as to keep up to date
on my new computer. The package came at a cost of $600.00 dollars. As a
small business owner I can ill afford to continually bring in Techs to
constantly correct/configure/and reconfigure all the endless problems - AND
redo all the updates and associated problems they create. fix some minor
burp and create twenty more .... Neither is it reasonalbe that I be expected
to pay for your TECH Support after only TWO requests for assistance. Mr.
Bill Gates does not require riches, as a disrespectful, morally corrupt,
member of this world existing around and outside his spoiled little dweeb of
a life.
It is my opinion that at this point in time I am serving as Your BETA tester
and having to pay through the nose as well.
YOU MAY BEGIN TO PAY MY SALARY AND EXPENSES effectively/retroactively/AND
completely DUE BACK TO ME FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE REGISTERED WITH YOU AT THE
DATE PURCHASED.from April of 2004.

I don't know what "you" you think you're addresssing. This is a peer-to-peer
forum where users share their knowledge in an effort to help other users, at
least those who post enough detail about their issues that others can
understand what they might be.

You didn't shop around very well. It can be found for much less in many
places.

Sounds like you should invest in come training for yourself. Nothing pays
back more than a couple of classes.
