And just what program produced the "document"? What "macros" are you
referring to? What do you mean "use the document"? Please review what it
is you have and what you want to do to it, and with what program.
This sounds more like a training issue than an Office issue. I'd suggest
that you talk to your supervisor and ask him/her to give you a bit more
instruction on this matter.
