I need help with my Front Page webpage and I have to pay for it! The stupid.
You Microsoft people charge ridiculously high prices for your software and
you make me pay for support! That is not a good way to do business. You
should be assmashed of yourselfs!

So, show me one software program that does not charge for support outside of
its published FAQs or Knowledge base articles.

Tried getting support from Symantec lately? $29.95 and no refunds for the
majority of the issues.
