Paying in form linking members details to excel spreadsheet

How do I link a membership database of 200 people paying in a set amount each
month to a spreadsheet?

What's in the spreadsheet now? If you just want to export your membership
and/or payments to Excel, then create a query that contains the fields you
want and export that as an XLS file.
