When I open Word, I have an error message that
reads "Unable to Open Scan Engine". I can save to a disk,
but when I take that disk to work and try to read on my
computer, Word at work will not recogize the files I saved
from the computer at home (laptop).
The problem has something to do with PC-Cillin since the
error window that comes up reads "PC-Cillin" across the
top, but my Tech Support from work can not find PC-CIllin
on my computer anywhere.
I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the entire
office, to no avail. I have contacted Gateway and
followed all their suggestions, too. CAN ANYONE HELP???
