PC was down- It had 2 "systems" loaded -caused problem

I could not boot my pc. I tried all the options suggestird. I took it to a
person who repairs pc's. He told me the problem was that my pc had two
systems competeing for drive space. What two systems could he be referring
to and how can I prevent this from happening again.

From what you said it may be that two instance of windows had been
installed.
Perhaps you tried a repair of win with the cd?
