I'm trying to get MS Office installed on my PC. MS works is on it now. I
keep getting the OS isn't configured for this program when I try to install.
How do I reconfigure the OS?

Is there any where on the internet that I can download MS Office in its
entirety?

Hi.

If you are attempting to download the Microsoft Office 2003 Standard Edition
60-day trial software from this Web page:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/standardtrial.mspx

.... then the message you are receiving about your operating system not being
configured is due to the fact that the Microsoft .Net 1.1 Framework is not
installed on your computer. Since you are using Windows ME, which is not
capable of handling the .Net 1.1 Framework, you must upgrade your operating
system to a more recent version. For the system requirements of Microsoft
Office 2003, please see the following Web page:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?id=822129

If you don't wish to upgrade your operating system, then earlier versions of
Microsoft Office will run on Windows ME, but there are no trial editions
available for download, so you will have to "buy-before-you-try" any of
them.
