Hi
I've just recently upgraded to the acrobat reader 7 from 6.
Faxing an pdf atachment from outlook 2000([FAX: 123456]) on windows 2000
worked well before but now nolonger.
I can fax messages without attachments, or even attachments of a different
kind (doc, txt,...). But no pdf attachements.
I can fax through the faxprinter from acrobat reader.

Anybody any ideas?
Thanks
Bart

Not an Outlook question. Faxing attachments from Outlook requires that a
printto verb be defined for the file type. Apparently your installation of a
new Adobe version failed to update that setting.

Just for future reference:
For those (lik me ) who are so silly to think that a verb is someting in
the middle of sentence:
Explorer>Tools>Folder Options>File type > pdf >Advanced>new>
action = printto;
application used… = "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\AcroRd32.exe"
/t "%1" "%2" "%3" "%4";
Use DDE = OFF
