We are running Outlook XP and Exchange 2000.
I have a user that is sending out an e-mail to a large
group via a distribution list on the Exchange Server not
an Outlook Distribution List in Contacts.
The user is attaching 2 Word Files and a PDF file. When
the user sends, the pdf file is replaced by one of the
Word files, but has a smaller file size. The message
appears in the user's sent items with the 3 word documents
not the 2 word and 1 pdf that was sent. Any ideas as to
what might be happening?
I did do a google search and there appears to be somebody
out there having a similar problems. There has been no
resolution posted for his issue.
