PDF conversion and Acrobat

I have always used Acrobat (I have paid-for 5.0 and free reader 7.0) to
automatically "print" Word and PowerPoint documents in PDF format. Now, for
no appraent reason, this function does not work. I have allowed the Adobe
macros, so that isn't the cause. Please help!

Does your Acrobat 5 have the latest updates. I recall some compatibility
problems between Acrobat 5 and Windows XP, but do not recall the details.
Suggest you try the Adobe forum for Acrobat.
