Hi
I had a problem at the tail end of last week where are user claimed that she
had correctly inserted three seperate PDF files (saved to a network drive)
into an email (Outlook 2003) and sent the email to a client. The client
called back immediately to say that although the three files had seperate
filenames, the contents of the second and third email attachment was the same
file as the first. We checked this in the users' sent items and this was the
case. When we cross referenced against the three saved PDF files on the
network, they were in fact three seperate files!? The user had scanned three
documents seperately and marked comments on each.
Has anybody seen a similiar issue - I couldn't recreate surprisingly enough!!
Many thanks
