.pdf files do not print

When I want to print from the adobe print document dialog box and clicked
print, a screen comes up to save the file to a Microsoft Document
Imaging format (.mdi). When Save is clicked the files are saved and a
Microsoft Document Imaging screen opens and after selecting pages to be
printed and clicking print the process loops and the Save-As dialog
reappears to save the file as an .mdi file. Neither the.pdf or the .mdi files
print. What is going on?

Thanks, Mary that was it! Do not know how default printer got changed. I
guess not changing printers keeps that aspect out of mind. Thanks again,
