Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange When I receive PDF files, sometimes I can see the image of the attached PDF ie. Artwork for example and then other times all I can see is the PDF icon.
If I open the PDF's that just have the icon, they open fine so it's not like the file has the wrong permissions or is corrupted.
If i save the PDF to the desktop, i can see the content image.
Also, when I attached PDF's to a outgoing email, I don't see the image but if I look in my sent items I do…
Has anyone else encountered this and is there a solution? I've made sure I'm running all the latest updates from entourage, adobe and for snow leopard and that hasn't helped.
