Have used the routine Duane recommended, but found that using PDFEdit995 and
PDF995 is easier. You just update the .ini file using the routine that you
can download from their website. It will even automatically send the PDF via
email.
The two programs are free if you don't mind showing the sponsor adds. $20
bucks or so if you want to eliminate them. See
