I'm new to MS Office. Is there a way to bring a PDF form into MS Office and
edit it? Can it be brought in to MS Office as a template and edited that way

You would need a full .pdf program like the full Acrobat or another .pdf
program. You cannot edit a .pdf in Office, only save as.

There are some third party software program that can convert from a .pdf to
a Word doc but the results are never quite as clean as you'd want. The best
option is to work with the original source document.

I have a older version of acrobat,
and forms are tricky to import
because of the fields.

however, what you might try is
something is to print your pdf to
the printer called document
imaging. it will then open as a
tif, instead of a pdf.

then from microsoft document
imaging, you might try to send
the "text to word" menu option.

you will likely need additional
formatting once in word, but
the above will do most of the
work.

also, depending on the simplicity
of the pdf form, you might simply
try a select all or copy to file
menu option of the reader,

then paste into word.

: I did see it. As mentioned it doesn't seem to allow one to create forms;
: It's not mentioned in it's list of features.
