Import the PDF into your web and create a hyperlink to it the same way you
would for any other link.

Open your FP Web, open the file the link is going to be inserted in.
Import the PDF File
Insert Hyperlink
Browse to the PDF file,
Create the link,click OK in the Hyperlink dialogue box
Done.
The procedure is no different that linking any other file.

Remember your inserting a link, not embedding the file.
Publish both the web page and the PDF to your server, then open the page from
your browser, then click the link to the PDF file - it should open in Acrobat PDF
reader.
