I did save the picture as a PDF already, however I need to know how to insert
a link to the PDF file in a form.

Use the applet at:
http://www.datastrat.com/Download/DocMgr_2K.zip
and changed the file filter from .doc, .txt, .xls to .pdf
It will compile a list of all the pdf's in a folder and its subfolders.
