some of my user cannot open .pdf in out, they are getting different erros

The error messages are different. I tried the olk folder solution and seems
to be working on some users but not on all. Some time the users will get an
error and sometime the pdf is blank and sometime the pdf is half of what it
is suppost to be

If they save the PDF to their desktop, does it open and look correct?

If they recieve the pdf before it gets corrupted yes they can say to the HD
then email it out just fine. This just seems like a forwarding issue.

If they open Outlook in safe mode, can they then open the attachment?
Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

So I went into safe mode in outlook and we had the same issues

What type of mail server are you using? Exchange, POP3?
