Here's a response I received from Steve Rindsberg a while
back. It address a similar request.
Is there a way to program an auto import of PDF file
contents? Situation: have a large PDF document of which
various charts and graphs are currently being cut and
pasted into PowerPoint. Would like to automate the
process with programming (within in either PowerPoint to
import or Adobe to export) or an add-in. Any thoughts?
No way to do this directly, at least none I know of, but
if you open the PDF in
Acrobat, you can save the whole thing to a series of
image files, PNGs for
example, in one shot.
Then one of the batch image importing ideas at:

would automatically slurp the exported PDF images into
PPT.
