PDF to Word - simple way?

I have tried to Google to see if there is anything out there I can use to
convert PDFs to Word (when possible). I don't like PDFs and cannot work with
them.

I would rather move everything to Word docs, where I find it easier.

Any ideas please?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks Mike,

Looks good and downloaded the free trial, as I cannot afford the full
version, but unfortunately will only do 5 pages per document download.
:-( My documents are no more than 9-10 pages.

Are there any other software that you might think of?

Thanks again

Katherine, I just went to a PDF file, highlighted a row, hit <CTRL> A
to highlight all, <CTRL> C for copy, opened Word and did both EDIT,
PASTE and, when that didn't keep the formatting, did EDIT, PASTE
SPECIAL. That was better but the PDF formatting was not reporduced
although the text was.

So, since you have Word, try that.
