PDF toolbar on start-up

I just downloaded the 10.1.5 update, and now the PDF conversion toolbar
appears every time I start up Word. I've tried to stop it from appearing on
start-up by changing the toolbar settings through the Toolbar menu, and
that doesn't work. Does anyone know how to get this PDF toolbar to not be
there every time I open Word?

SEE Excel and Word and PowerPoint

Open Each Folder

Delete PDF maker

If you have Acrobat 5.0 or 6.0, however, everytime to start it up, it
will reinstall the PDFMaker toolbars in the Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
start-up folders.
