After downloading an email attachment that comprised an
interactive pdf document, this loaded itself into a 'Word'
document and produced an Adobe formatted page. (I think!).
The 'toolbar' comprises only two 'Adobe' icons.

Unfortunately this format is now 'locked in' with no
apparent way of returning to the normal 'Word' document. I
canot recover the 'normal' toolbar in order to open any
other documents....or create new documents.

Any clues?
