How do you PDF an Access Database? I have a query
management wants in PDF form. Thanks.

You need to have a PDF driver installed... there are a number of very
good ones out there, cheap or free... I use PDF995. And then you print
the report to the PDF driver rather than to a printer, which will save
it as a PDF file. You can set the report to automatically print to the
PDF driver by selecting it as the printer in the report design, via the
File|Page Setup menu.

I generate the report(s) I want then print them to pdf files using
Acrobat. PDF of the Access "database" doesn't make sense. You need to
select what you want from the database, in the form of a report, and
send that to a pdf file.
