PDS and creating Views

What is the best way to begin learning how to use the PDS to create
views? I need to be able to create new views but I am a beginner. Is
there some good Microsoft documentation?

This is a link to MS Project 2002 courseware, but there are very few
differences between MSP 2002 and MSP 2003, so it should be relevant foe both.
Module 4 has the lesson on PDS.
