PDS ProjectCreate Status 7.

Hi,
I'm new to PDS. Now, I'm developing a web application to connect
Project Server via PDS.
I passed

<Request>
<PermissionCheck>
<PermissionID>510</PermissionID>
</PermissionCheck>
</Request>

to PDS, but I got

<Reply>
<HRESULT>0</HRESULT>
<STATUS>50</STATUS>
<UserName>Administrator</UserName>
</Reply>

Status 50 is rsSecurityAccessDenied. I don't know what is going on. I
used Administrator accound.

have any idia?
