Hello everybody.
I tried to update outline code descriptions to russian ones using PDS
(strings were in win1251 encoding) and encountered the following
problem: just question marks in place of russian text when I query them
back. I think, I will see the same thing with all the other text values.
I guess that this is an encoding problem. What encoding does PDS expect
(and what does it depend upon)? Maybe, the text should be preprocessed
in some way?
