With Outlook 2003, I'm experiencing what seems to be erratic behavior:
sometimes when I'm either editing the text of an earlier-scheduled
appointment, or revising the time, I get the "Send changes to all
attendees?" prompt.
Other times, I don't get this prompt, and have to forward messages to
invidual attendees. Am I missing something? It seems that Outlook is
behaving unpredictably.
