peer to peer network

Can I set up Outlook (2002) for my peer to peer network
(7 machines all with some form of XP) I want all on the
mail on the main computer which is regularly backed up
and where I can see all the traffic, but I want the other
six workstations to be able to send and receive mail from
their email accounts. Right now everyone is using Outook
Express (set to leave copy on pop server)and I am
downloading their mail once or twice a day.

Everything I've read seems very vague and somewhat
confusing. There seems to be no step by step guide (if
it is at all possible).
