Pen Commands

Are there any pen commands in OneNote 2007 or Windows for that matter.
Thinking about something like a palm quick stroke system.

There are a few which come with the Tablet PC and OneNote (the scratchout
gesture is one I use a lot). There are some 3rd party applications which
can add features, and these will usually come preinstalled on a Tablet PC.
