pending approval tasks for the PM has left.

Dear All,

I use project server 2007
Are they having any way to approve the pending tasks for the project manger
had left the organization?
Because some resources modify the old tasks and when I check in the pending
approval list I sow the status manger for this task is left before.
I know the resources should be create a new tasks not modify the old one,
but that’s a scenario.
I need a way to approve the pending tasks on the old PM,

Short of editing the database, your only way is to log in as the PM and do
the approval as that user.

Alas I don't, but I expect you'll have to relace the resource GUID of the old
PM (actually status manager) with the resource GUID of the new Status Manager
for the outstanding approvals.

You may want to try this - cant promise it will work..

Open the project plans as an admin with MS Project
Insert the Status Owner field
Change the Status Owner to another person
Republish the plan
