people have replied but their text is missing

This is certainly odd.

I run Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro.

I have received several messages today where the sender
was replying to my email. My original text is in their
email, but their response is not!! The first time this
happened I just thought the sender hit reply and send by
accident, but after the second time from a different
responder I checked the messages on the server (I have
them saved there for a while). The response of the person
replying was there... so this seems to be an Outlook
issue.

Any help with this will be appreciated.
