Percentage of Weight Loss/Gain

I am needing help with a weight loss or gain formula that will calculat
the percentage of gain or loss in a patient over a period of time. Fo
example:
January 130, February 133, March 127. What would be the percentage o
gain between January and February and then the percentage of los
between February and March. I would like to calculate a total percentag
of loss/gain of all three. I need to make this a running spreadsheet i
possible.
