Hi,

I have 41% in my data source (Excel) and it displays 0.41354836739 in Word
(my letter).

I got a message Syntax Error when I try to correct the % formatting.
{={MERGEFIELD PROD}*100\#"0%"}

Please help me to fix it.

Thanks
Chi

Chi,
Try the following:
{MERGEFIELD PROD}*100 \# "0%"}

Watch the spacing, there should be a space between "*100" & the "\", and "#"
& "0%"

The field construction that you require is

{ = { MERGEFIELD PROD } * 100 \# "0%" }

Each pair of field delimiters { } must be inserted by using Ctrl+F9
